You may be at home/office sitting safely but the caller or the person you are calling may be driving! One should not pick-up phone (or dial) when driving but we know many people around us do not appreciate the dangers and continue to use cell phone while driving. If you are calling other person in connection with official or personal business, it is worth asking, "are you driving?" AND politely terminate the call if the person is driving. I am also attaching a presentation that may help you understand and educate others as to why talking on phone while driving is not safe and how does our brain get distracted.
